General Terms

  • Skisonaires accepts banner adverts and all other media content whether online or printed (Advertisement) provided it shall be truthful, decent, honest, legal, and comply with all the relevant British Industry codes of Practice for advertising
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any loss caused by any failure to publish Advertisements on the date or dates specified by the Advertiser provided.
  • We reserve the right to make any alteration considered necessary in an Advertisement and to require artwork or copy to be amended to meet approval
  • We reserve the right to omit, suspend, or change the position of any Advertisement without reimbursement to the Advertiser, should the Advertisement be found to not comply with the above terms.
  • The placing of an order for the insertion of an Advertisement shall amount to an acceptance of the above conditions. For the sake of clarity the Laws of England shall apply in the settlement of any dispute
  • We will be indemnified by the Advertisers in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous or deceptive matter published for the Advertiser, or any infringement of copyright, patent or design

 

Job Board Specific Terms

  • It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure adequate virus protection measure exist to scan documents forwarded by applicants through the system, such as CVs, Menu Plans etc
  • Skisonaires cannot be liable for the non-receipt of any online applications made via the Skisonaires Jobs Network due to an employer’s Firewall, spam protection system or any other email filter
  • Skisonaires cannot be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred arising from the introduction of an applicant
  • It is the employers’ responsibility to ensure that employees have appropriate passports and working visas to work legally, and also to check references of employees

Placement Service Specific Terms

  • Skisonaires cannot be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred arising from the introduction of an applicant
